Stephen Crystal and Carl Goldner have joined to form EDGE Hospitality Group (Eating, Drinking, Gaming and Entertainment), a new partnership with the aim to revolutionize the way Las Vegas area residents dine and relax.
Mr. Crystal has an extensive background in gaming development and operations. He previously was president and chief marketing officer of Las Vegas Gaming, Inc., and has been a board member from October 2005 through June 2006, rejoining in March 2007. Prior to joining the EDGE Group, he was co-founder, vice-chairman, president and general counsel of Barrick Gaming Corporation, which owned and operated six downtown casino properties: the Plaza, the Las Vegas Club, the Gold Spike, the Western, the Queen of Hearts and Nevada Club. He also has been named a member of the exclusive International Masters of Gaming Law and is a partner with Armstrong Teasdale LLP, a prestigious Midwestern law firm with offices in Las Vegas and Reno. While earning his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, Mr. Crystal was elected to serve in the New Hampshire legislature. He earned his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law and is a member in good standing of the legal bars in Missouri and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Goldner is president of Goldner Development, which has investments in the Las Vegas Arts District, is treasurer of the Arts District’s Association Board, heads up the 18b Marketing Committee, and has helped finance more than $100 million in acquisition and development for projects in the Southwest. He is also a co-developer in Ishani Ridge, an upscale community in development on the outskirts of Las Vegas. He has appeared in articles in Vegas magazine, the Financial Times and on KNPR and local television as an area real-estate expert. He also has a background in concert and music production and has successfully developed national marketing and media campaigns for clients in a wide range of industries, from insurance and technology to entertainment.

who all have years of experience in the event programming and food
and beverage industries, are focusing their wealth of experience, knowledge
and talents to create Vox, a wine lounge serving world cuisine tapas-style,
in the Seven Hills/Anthem area of Henderson.
