Mr. Crystal has an extensive background in gaming development and operations. He previously was president and chief marketing officer of Las Vegas Gaming, Inc., and has been a board member from October 2005 through June 2006, rejoining in March 2007. Prior to joining the EDGE Group, he was co-founder, vice-chairman, president and general counsel of Barrick Gaming Corporation, which owned and operated six downtown casino properties: the Plaza, the Las Vegas Club, the Gold Spike, the Western, the Queen of Hearts and Nevada Club. He also has been named a member of the exclusive International Masters of Gaming Law and is a partner with Armstrong Teasdale LLP, a prestigious Midwestern law firm with offices in Las Vegas and Reno. While earning his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, Mr. Crystal was elected to serve in the New Hampshire legislature. He earned his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law and is a member in good standing of the legal bars in Missouri and the District of Columbia.
