Chef Fitzgerald is in charge of VOX’s pastries and desserts.

Fitzgerald has worked his way up through the ranks to become one of the West’s top pastry chefs. He has worked at every top Napa Valley restaurant, including: Thomas Keller’s famed Bouchon, The Pat Kuleto’s Martini House, Auberge du Soleil under Executive Pastry Chef Paul Lemieux and Richard Reddington’s Redd.
